Prevents using wrong OTP.bin by mistake/leftovers/sd card re-use.

Code restructuring, added A9LH updater with the new "perfect" key2 from @gemarcano and 8.1 instead of 9.0 FIRM for FIRM0, which together net 1312 bytes for stage1, added uninstalling feature (only works if SysNAND is not 11.0 or later to prevent resulting in an unhackable console, NOT YET TESTED ON N3DS), merged PR from @d0k3 (https://github.com/AuroraWright/SafeA9LHInstaller/pull/10) which adds support for installing A9LH and dumping OTP directly from 2.1

Safe A9LH Installer

A noob-proof ARM9LoaderHax installer/updater/uninstaller

Usage / Features:

For a comprehensive guide to installing A9LH and to 3DS hacking in general, refer to Plailect's guide.
For other details about the program, refer to the GBATemp thread.

delebile for his A9LH implementation, everyone in #cakey, StandardBus for allowing this to happen by hardmodding my consoles. Code for writing to the screens is from CakesFW. Original exploit by plutoo.
